Lilya & Joseph Laughlin June 26, 2016

On Sunday June 26, 2016 I had the honor of working a wedding for Lilya & Joseph in Woolwich Twp. This wonderful couple resides in Ocean City Maryland and came here to South Jersey to Joe's hometown and house to say their wedding vows. Joe's family played host to a small gathering of family and friends on their beautiful farm property. The ceremony took place on the furthest corner of the property, where Joe took his place up front and watched as his beautiful bride Lilya walked down the aisle to say their vows. The guest moved to a reception tent for cocktails and snacks while our bride and groom had beautiful pictures taken. After a beautiful first dance Joe's lifetime friend and Best Man Matt delivered an outstanding toast to the couple and dinner was served. The night progressed and Lilya and her friends got our dance floor going and enjoyed a beautiful night. One of the highlights of this wedding was the anniversary walk off dance. Our bride and groom remained on the dance floor as couple by couple had to depart based on their number of years married. At the end of the dance a very special couple, who have been married for 63 years, were the sole remaining dancers! Lilya passed he bouquet off to the wonderful couple as a gift and a beautiful picture was taken. We also played the newlywed Shoe Game. Questions were asked like who is most likely to steal the covers, who said I love you first and who is more grumpy in the morning. The bride and groom were in perfect sync a they went 10 for 10 on the questions. The night ended as PitBulls "Time of Our Lives" fittingly ended this beautiful reception.
